St. Felicitas is a predominately African American Parish Community, whose Mission is to be prophets; ministers of the Gospel; instruments of peace; and celebrants of joy, regardless of race age, gender, or denomination. As prophets, our lives reflect our commitment to the revitalization and evangelization of our Church and our Community. As ministers of the Gospel, we teach as Christ taught. The Word of God permeates and lives in us and in others everyday. As instruments of Christ's Peace and Justice, we assure everyone of their rightful ownership and full participation in the Church and Society. As celebrants of joy, we promote Christian fellowship among our members and community. We are committed to those communal, social, and recreational activities that complete a life of Prayer and Peace.
